1. Active accounts
Data is retained while your account is active.
2. Deletion
Deleting your account removes your profile, CVs and uploaded documents from active systems.
3. Backups
Residual copies may remain in secure backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
4. Legal holds
Records required for tax, accounting or legal purposes are retained for the statutory period.
