How subscription payments are processed.
1. Payment providers
JobBuddy AI uses third-party payment providers to process subscription payments. Ozow is the primary payment provider and PayFast may be used as a backup payment provider.
2. Currency
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
3. Payment information
JobBuddy AI does not store your full card or banking credentials. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment provider.
4. Failed payments
If a payment fails, Premium features may be suspended until the outstanding payment is successfully processed.
