You have the right to be notified, to access your information, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
4. Security safeguards
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including authenticated access, per-user storage isolation and encrypted transport.
5. Cross-border transfers
Some processing (including AI processing and cloud hosting) may occur outside South Africa. We only use providers that offer an adequate level of protection.
