1. Information we collect
Account details (name, email), career information you provide or upload (CV documents, work history, education, skills), usage data and payment status. We do not collect your card details — payments are handled by our payment provider.
2. Why we process it
To operate your account, generate AI CV reviews, cover letters and job matches, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
3. AI processing
CV and job text you submit is sent to our AI provider to produce your results. It is processed to generate your output and is not used to train public models by us.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who host, process or support the platform, and where required by law. We never sell your personal information.
5. Retention
We retain your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. You may delete your data at any time.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and object to certain processing, by contacting us or using Settings.
