1. Digital service
Subscriptions give immediate access to digital services, so refunds are generally not provided for time already used.
2. Billing errors
Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full once verified.
3. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
4. How to request
Contact support with your account email and payment reference within 30 days.
