The agreement between you and JobBuddy AI for using the platform.
1. Agreement
By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use JobBuddy AI. You must be 16 years or older and legally entitled to work in the country where you apply for roles.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
3. The service
JobBuddy AI provides AI-assisted CV building, CV review, cover letter generation, job matching and career coaching tools. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, responses from employers, or any specific outcome.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, upload unlawful or fraudulent content, impersonate another person, scrape the service, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls.
5. Fees
Free accounts include advertising and monthly usage limits. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
